* loader/mod.h (DECLARE_INIT_SYMBOL, DECLARE_CLEANUP_SYMBOL):
Replace attribute 'unused' by attribute 'used' so that gcc-3.4
with -O2 doesn't delete the .ctor and .dtor sections.
